Full-spectrum medical cover for events of every size

Whether you're running an intimate bush doof or a multi-day festival for tens of thousands, we build a medical operation that fits your crowd, your site and your compliance obligations.

On-site medical teams

Fixed medical posts and roaming crews staffed by registered paramedics, nurses and advanced first-aiders. From minor injuries and dehydration to serious medical emergencies, our teams assess, treat and stabilise on the ground — keeping the vast majority of patients out of hospital.

Harm reduction & welfare

Dedicated, non-judgemental welfare spaces staffed by trained crews who support patrons through the effects of alcohol and other substances, heat, fatigue and overwhelm. Our evidence-based, peer-informed approach builds trust, encourages early help-seeking and dramatically reduces avoidable hospital presentations.

On-site drug checking (pill testing)

A confidential, evidence-based harm-reduction service where patrons can have substances chemically analysed by qualified staff. Each person receives individual health information and a brief, non-judgemental conversation — an approach shown internationally to change risky behaviour, encourage people to discard dangerous substances and reduce hospitalisations and deaths. Delivered discreetly and operated strictly in line with the approvals, licensing and regulatory frameworks that apply in NSW.

Frequently asked questions

As early as possible — ideally once you have confirmed dates and a site. Councils and NSW Health often require a medical plan well before your event, so booking early gives us time to build the documentation your approval needs. That said, we'll always do our best to help with shorter lead times.

Yes. We regularly cover bush doofs and camping festivals in regional and remote parts of NSW, with 4WD and ATV-capable crews and equipment suited to off-grid sites. Remote locations are factored into your medical plan and escalation pathways.

Drug checking is an established harm-reduction measure used at events internationally and increasingly across Australia. Where it can be offered, patrons have substances chemically analysed by qualified staff and receive individual health information — which evidence shows encourages safer decisions and reduces serious harm. It is only ever delivered in line with the approvals, licensing and regulatory frameworks that apply to your specific event and jurisdiction, so we'll assess what's possible for your event and advise you honestly on the pathway.

Our services are delivered by credentialled clinicians working under appropriate clinical governance, and our operation carries the insurances expected of a professional event medical provider. We align our planning to NSW Health event guidelines and relevant SafeWork obligations. (Specific credentials and policy numbers should be confirmed and displayed here before going live.)

Pricing is based on a formal risk assessment of your event — expected attendance, duration, site layout, camping, alcohol, the nature of the crowd and required approvals all feed into the staffing and resourcing model. You receive a clear, itemised quote with no surprises.

No. We provide on-site private medical cover that handles the majority of incidents at your event and reduces the load on public services — but we work alongside, not instead of, the state system. In a life-threatening emergency, 000 is always the right call, and we coordinate directly with NSW Ambulance when escalation is needed.
